Sábados a las 5 de la tarde. About Matthew I’ve been listening to “my music” on 99.5 FM since moving to Costa Rica in 1997. I came here determined to adopt the culture I chose to live in, but it’s always been nice to have this “comfort food for the ears”. And now I get to roll a few discs for you – cool! I’ve enjoyed some amazing opportunities over the years, while people were asking what I expected to do with my life when I finally “grew up”. I recently decided to simply attack the premise of the question: I have no intention of growing up; thank you anyway. Expatriates are a special breed of people – many of us will never live that “second childhood”, because we never gave up on the first one. Jimmy Buffett sings, “I’d rather die while I’m living than live while I’m dead.” I am so there! What I do at Radio Dos is all about you, and that’s who I need to hear from to do it better!
